My name is Rebecca Hancock, and I am a dedicated CNC service engineer with hands-on experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing CNC machinery within industrial manufacturing environments.
I established RH Machine Services to provide reliable, professional engineering support with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. I understand how critical CNC machines are to production, and my priority is always to minimise downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
My experience includes mechanical and electrical fault finding, preventative maintenance, and breakdown repair across a range of CNC equipment. I take pride in providing a dependable, honest service and building strong working relationships with the businesses I support.

FAQ's
Do you do realignments?
Yes, however this will need to be discussed depending on what needs realigning and how accurate you need it. Some machines require specific realignment equipment I do not have.
Is a service a fixed price?
The price on a first service from me will be a standard set price quoted. Once I do a great job the first time, any services booked after that, can then be negotiated once I know the state of the machine. Or a tailored service might suit best.
Do you fit parts?
Yes, this can be a separate visit or added on to a service, depending on time and availability.
Do you work weekends?
No, I’ll be available Monday to Friday.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, simply book your machine in for a service. However, I do offer contracts. Please get in touch to discuss.
